Tiny Seeds. Happy Trees.
Growing food, nurturing young minds, and protecting nature — one school garden at a time.

What Little Green Hands teaches
Through fun, practical garden sessions, primary school children learn skills that feed families and protect the land around them — one seed at a time.
Growing food
Children plan, plant and tend their own vegetable beds — sowing seeds, watering, weeding and finally tasting what they grew with their own hands.
Understanding soil
From compost and worms to water and shade, children learn what healthy soil needs and why taking care of the earth comes first.
Protecting nature
Practical lessons in caring for trees, saving water and keeping the environment clean — small habits that last a lifetime.
Respecting farmers
Local farmers visit the garden to share their knowledge, so children see the people who feed their community with new pride and gratitude.

We are starting with one school — and we want you there
Little Green Hands is a new initiative at the Year 1 pilot stage. The first pilot school has not been chosen yet, and no sessions have taken place — that is exactly what makes this moment special. Joining now means shaping the programme from its very beginning: the garden design, the lessons, the very first seed a child plants.
Founding supporters make the pilot possible. Their names will be remembered by the children, teachers and families who see the first garden grow.

Not yet. Little Green Hands is a new initiative at the Year 1 pilot stage. No school has started gardening and no children have taken part yet — right now we are preparing materials, meeting community partners and looking for founding supporters to launch the first pilot school.
